Diesel Engines: Overhauling of main propulsion or electric generating units (Sulzer, MAN, Burmeister & Wain, Mitsub-ishi, Wartsila, Mak, Daihatsu, Yanmar, etc )

Reconditioning of:

Overhauling: Of exhaust gas turbochargers (BBC, Mitsubishi, Helsincor, etc.)

Line boring: Of engine casings, crankshaft reconditioning, and chrome plating.

Timing: Of fuel and oil pumps (Suizer, Bosh).

Auxiliary machines: Repair and overhaul all auxiliary machinery: such as pumps, compressors, boilers coolers, heat exchangers, condensers, hydraulic cylinders, cargo winches, cranes, oil separators (fuel and Lube oil) etc.

Air conditioning and refrigeration: Maintain, repair and overhaul all systems and components Including compressors, coolers, valves and controls. Design and install new systems.

Electrical: Troubleshoot control systems, switchboards, electrical equipment and rewinding of electrical motors and generators of all sizes.

Steel fabrication: We perform steel renewals with teams of platters and welders coded to classification requirements. For example: Steel plating; under deck stiffening; ballast tanks; hatch covers,

Pipe shop: All types of on hoard piping systems can be installed and repaired. Heating coil renewals or repairs, deck, steam and hydraulic systems can be effected in port or while your vessel is underway.
